Client Success | Role and Responsibilities

About:

As a Client Success Intern at Intressent, you will support post-sales activities that ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. You’ll assist with onboarding support, client communications, and feedback tracking while learning how to manage and nurture strong client relationships in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by supporting kickoff materials, scheduling, and documentation
     
  • Help maintain client records and updates in CRM and project management systems
     
  • Monitor client engagement and flag key updates or risks to the Client Success team
     
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-up items for client meetings
     
  • Support collection and analysis of client feedback and satisfaction surveys
     
  • Coordinate internal resources to address client needs and ensure timely deliverables
     
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing documentation such as FAQs, user guides, and onboarding toolkits
     
  • Participate in internal team meetings to help improve service delivery and retention strategies
     
  • Research industry or client-specific updates to help the team anticipate opportunities or challenges

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
     
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
     
  • Interest in client management, customer success, or professional services
     
  • Positive attitude and a client-first mindset
