Lead Generation Assistant | Role and Responsibilities

About:

 As a Lead Generation Assistant Intern at Intressent, you will play a key role in supporting the top of the sales funnel by identifying and qualifying new business prospects. You’ll work with the business development and marketing teams to research companies, gather contact information, and execute outreach strategies that contribute directly to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research target companies and contacts using LinkedIn, business directories, and market tools
     
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists and prospect databases
     
  • Support email outreach campaigns and follow-up tracking
     
  • Assist in crafting outreach templates and personalized messaging
     
  • Monitor campaign results and flag responses for follow-up
     
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with content and campaigns
     
  • Help maintain CRM data integrity and update lead statuses
     
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for identifying new markets or outreach tactics
     
  • Track industry trends and competitor movements to inform targeting strategies

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
     
  • Excellent written communication, especially in professional outreach
     
  • Experience or interest in CRM tools and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp)
     
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
     
  • Able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
     
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or market development
