Sales & Client Development | Role and Responsibilities

About:

 As a Sales & Client Development Intern at Intressent, you will support the firm’s growth by assisting in lead generation, client outreach, CRM management, and proposal preparation. This role is ideal for individuals interested in the intersection of sales, marketing, and strategic consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective clients, industries, and opportunities to support business development efforts
     
  • Assist with outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and CRM follow-ups
     
  • Update and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data entry
     
  • Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
     
  • Analyze sales activity and pipeline metrics to identify trends and opportunities
     
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and content strategy
     
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas for client engagement strategies
     
  • Track and report on outreach campaigns and lead generation activities
     
  • Help organize and prepare for client meetings and sales presentations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
     
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
     
  • Interest in consulting, business development, or marketing
     
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to lear
